2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Places where personal data is entered and login areas are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. In order to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords consisting of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, not shorter than 8 characters.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent upon the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • the hosting company on an entrustment basis
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the operational purpose of the website
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller

  7. Automated decision-making activities, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the performance of direct marketing by the Controller.
